Really good Stay

I really liked the complimentary drinks offered in the Secret Garden. The morning buffet included delicious options and various choices. The hotel's location allowed me to walk to many main attractions. Public transportation from the airport was easy and convenient for me to use.
The transparent bathroom walls might lack privacy for some guests, but it did not bother me too much.

The reception staff was friendly and professional. They helped me with all my requests. I received welcome drinks upon arrival, which I appreciated very much. The staff was smiling and helpful all the time.

The room included a safe, a kettle, a coffee machine and a mini fridge. Shower gel and shampoo were provided, which I found very convenient. The room felt more like a small apartment and less like just a hotel room.

The hotel offered an amazing breakfast with many choices. I noticed that breakfast offered both salty and sweet home-baked items. The breakfast selection was comprehensive. I did not need lunch many days. I had coffees and wine at the bar.

The hotel location is central. It's also tucked away from tourist crowds. I could walk to most sites I wanted to see from there. A public transport stop was just around the corner, so it was easy to move around.

i discovered the location is pretty good! it is easy to reach many spots nearby. i also received complimentary prosecco when i arrived. the staff was helpful when i needed something, so i appreciated that!
i had some issues. the air conditioning seemed weak. the room was also quite small. plus there was no bidet. it wasn't ideal.

mixed feelings about this stay

transparent bathroomcluttered room
the room i got was rather small and felt visually cluttered, mainly because of random items scattered around. the bathroom had a transparent wall, not to my liking. plus, i found the location a bit far from the city center... a good 16-minute walk. i wouldn't book an airport transfer through them again. i got a higher price than expected upon arrival, which left a bad taste.
